Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday, excluding holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by SootheSilk, so don't worry, you do not have to pay any fees!
