We want you to love your purchase. If something's not right, reach out within 30 days of purchase, and we'll determine the most appropriate resolution. 

All issues are handled directly through our support team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Depending on your situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit (If requested)

Refund/Return timing

Refunds are issued once your request is approved. For returns, a prepaid label will be sent within 2-3 business days of approval and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. If you haven't seen it within 14 days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as some take up to 30 days to post.


Tracking numbers

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.


Wrong shipping address

Email us ASAP at support@soothesilk.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it. Once it's in transit, we can't make changes.


Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and often ship the same day, so we're unable to cancel once an order is placed.
